This page explains how to delete your Mydilz account and the data linked to it. Mydilz is a mobile app published by Dostiz LLC.
How to delete your account
Option 1 — In the app: open Mydilz, go to Profil → Réglages du compte → Supprimer mon compte, then confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Option 2 — By email: write to contact@dostiz.com with the subject "Delete my Mydilz account" and the phone number linked to your account. We may ask you to confirm the request from that phone number.
What we delete
• Your account: phone number and first name
• Your city and neighbourhood settings
• Your profile photo, if you added one
• Your favorites and your contact history
• The reviews you published, which are removed from artisans' profiles
What we keep, and for how long
Some data may remain in our secure backups for up to 30 days before being permanently erased. We keep limited records longer only when the law requires it, for example to answer a legal request or prevent fraud.
How long it takes
Deletion in the app is immediate. Requests sent by email are handled within 30 days, and we confirm by email once your account is deleted.

Dans l'app : Profil → Réglages du compte → Supprimer mon compte. Ou par e-mail à contact@dostiz.com en indiquant le numéro de téléphone lié à votre compte.
Nous supprimons votre compte (numéro et prénom), votre ville et votre quartier, votre photo, vos favoris, votre historique de contacts et vos avis publiés. Les sauvegardes sont effacées sous 30 jours.
